If requesting an exchange, a shipping label would be provided. The shipping label and other instructions would be sent to the email on your order.

Exchange items must be shipped and received within 30 days of the shipping label creation, otherwise, it becomes invalid and cannot be used.​ Once the returned item is received, an exchange would be sent as desired.

If requesting refunds, we do not provide shipping labels. Refund payments would be processed when the items are received.
