At this time we only offer shipping options within North America (Canada and USA). We are however working on expanding our shipping regions to include international deliveries.​

Shipping Address

Providing precise and correct address for a shipment is very important for the delivery of the parcel. Please always verify your addresses before submitting the order.

Tracking Information

To track the shipping progress of your order, please check your email for a message on your order's shipping confirmation. The email contains the tracking number for your package. Alternatively, the tracking number can be found in the My Orders Page of your account.

Items not delivered

If the tracking status of your order is "delivered" and you are yet to receive the package, please contact us after 3 business days.

Exchanges and Refunds

Your satisfaction with our clothes and brand is of great importance to us!
We accept returns and exchanges for items you are not satisfied with. Requests for returns and exchanges can be made through our Return and Exchange Portal.

After submitting an exchange request, a return slip and shipping label would be emailed to you, using the email on your order. The item(s) for exchange must be shipped to us within 14 days of the label creation, and must be unworn and unwashed, to receive an exchange.

Refunds

You can return items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not provide shipping labels for returns.

Clearance items are not eligible for refunds. Ensure your return package is tracked, as we cannot process refunds for items that do not reach us. Refunds are not available after 30 days.​

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
