Shipping and Delivery
The shipping rates on orders are:

Standard shipping (4 -7 business days): $8

Express shipping (1 -2 business days): $15

Free shipping on order $99+ in Canada
At this time we only offer domestic shipping options (within Canada). We are however working on expanding our shipping regions to include international deliveries soon.

Shipping Address
Providing precise and correct address for a shipment is very important for the delivery of the parcel. Please always verify your addresses before submitting the order.

Tracking Information
To track the shipping progress of your order, please check your email for a message on your order's shipping confirmation. The email contains the tracking number for your package. Alternatively, the tracking number can be found in the My Orders Page of your account.

Items not delivered
If the tracking status of your order is "delivered" and you are yet to receive the package, please contact us after 3 business days.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction with our clothes and brand is of great importance to us!
We accept returns and exchanges for items you are not satisfied. Requests for returns and exchanges can be made through our Return and Exchange Portal.
After completing the return request, a return slip and shipping label would be emailed to you using the email on the order. The item must be shipped within 14 days of the label created, and must be in unworn, unwashed to receive an exchange.

We do NOT offer refunds on any of our items.
