Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $140, free shipping to the U.S. on orders over $150, and free local delivery in Ottawa on orders over $75.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, we accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only accepted if an item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
