Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love what you wear from StylishAfrika. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Exchanges (Sizing)
We accept exchanges for sizing to help you find the perfect fit.
To be eligible:
• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be intact
Items must be shipped and received within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• Shipping for the replacement item is also the responsibility of the customer
We recommend reviewing our size chart or reaching out before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:
• Item is defective
• Item is damaged upon delivery
• Incorrect item was received
To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Custom or made-to-order items
Return Process
To begin a return or exchange:
• Submit your request through our return and exchange portal or email us at info@stylishafrika.ca
• Wait for confirmation and return instructions
• Ship the item using a trackable shipping method
Once your item is received and inspected, we will proceed with your exchange or refund accordingly.
Processing Time
• Exchanges: processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the item
• Refunds: processed within 5–7 business days after approval
Shipping Fees
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping is paid by the customer
• Shipping for exchanged items is paid by the customer
