Processing & Local Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • We offer FREE local delivery within the Ottawa area on orders over $75 CAD. Delivery timelines will be confirmed after your order is placed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.



Shipping Within Canada

We offer Canada-wide shipping via trusted carriers.

  • Free shipping on orders over $140 CAD
  • Shipping rates for other orders are calculated at checkout

Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment.



USA Shipping & International Orders

  • We currently ship to the United States.
  • Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
  • StylishAfrika is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@stylishafrika.ca.

Missing or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please allow up to 3 additional business days
  • Check with neighbors or your local delivery office.
  • If your order is still missing, contact us at info@stylishafrika.ca and we will assist with next steps, including a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can also track your order through your account under “My Orders.”
If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with us.

Requests for exchanges for sizing may be made within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items must be returned and received within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. These must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Return shipping, as well as shipping for exchanged items, is the responsibility of the customer.
